Decision Advice and Guidance Tool
MetLife wanted to help employees understand their benefits — including both the "whys" and "how much." We created a site with a central character that we called "Everyman" to illustrate how each type of coverage works. We created simple GIF animations using this stick figure to keep things light and fun. Employees got engaged with the animation and used the calculators to make better decisions. And it was extremely effective — resulting in an award from the IMA. You can see a sample of the animation for Disability Insurance below — we also did Whole Life, Dental, Critical Illness, Pet, and Identity Theft Insurance.
