One of the interesting things about doing commercials for Kenner was that the spots were used at the Toy Show to sell major retailers like Walmart or Toys R' Us to carry the toy. If the commercial didn't meet approval by the retailers, the toy got axed. Luckily, our commercials not only sold the retailers, but kids gave them an emphatic thumbs-up, too.
